We have invested heavily in specialist training and dedicated software to help keep everyone safe — both on site and in the office. Our recent SMAS accreditation demonstrates our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, staff wellbeing, and continual business improvement.

We also recognise that wellbeing extends beyond the workplace. Two years ago, we partnered with Bupa to provide all employees, their partners, and children over 16 with free, 24/7 confidential support. This service offers professional advice and guidance on a wide range of issues, including financial concerns, bereavement, substance misuse, and mental health. All our sites display posters with the free helpline number, and information leaflets are distributed during induction to ensure everyone knows how to access support.
