Groundworks Portsmouth

Portsea Island geography defines the groundworks challenges in Portsmouth. Sites around the Historic Dockyard, Flathouse area, and former MOD land may contain contaminated soils, unexploded ordnance risks, or archaeological remains. Thorough site investigation is essential before groundworks can commence on these sites.
